Guarantee:

B & D Leathers guarantees its belts for a period of 10 years with any faults in materials or manufacture arising in normal use.

Goods may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Bespoke items, bridle work, collars, leads, harness, are similarly are guaranteed for twelve months.

B & D Leathers use some of the finest materials in the industry. 

Returns policy:

Standard goods - that is as advertised, and not modified or customised - may be returned within one month of despatch, providing they are in an as new condition. A replacement or refund will be given.

Non standard items may be accepted as returns at our discretion, depending on our opinion of their re- saleability.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of all goods including any cost.

Notes:

Our products are made from natural materials, the way a hide takes tanning and dyes varies from skin to skin. while we make every effort to match colours, and textures, this cannot be guaranteed.

Products may vary in minor details, from the illustrations on the web site. if you require a specific feature, i.e. a design on the belt please state when ordering. small scars or other marks on the leather are acceptable - this is a natural product.

Delivery:

All our products are made by hand to order and all orders are normally despatched within 7 days wholesale orders within 28 days.

If delivery is likely to be delayed we will contact you.

All are products are sent first class post or royal mail parcel delivery. large wholesale orders are delivered at cost.
